Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Made-to-Order Items

  • Made-to-order items cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
  • If you need to cancel a made-to-order item, the request must be made before the item ships.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have an issue with your order (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), please contact us at:

  • We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Response Time

  • Please allow 24–48 business hours for a response.
  • Emails sent after 5:00 PM on Friday will be responded to on Monday.
  • Emails sent during the weekend will be responded to on Monday.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
